Mark Tuggle, PhD, EA | CEO

That quote articulates Mark’s personal telos – to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. Throughout his over 30 years of leadership experience across numerous business sectors (military, non-profit, and for-profit), that ultimate purpose has been a guiding star. It has led him to always serve others before himself, to always lead with integrity, and to always continue to learn and grow.
Mark brings those same values of service, integrity, and learning to Telos Bookkeeping. As an Enrolled Agent with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, he has provided accounting and advisory services to dozens of small businesses and medical practices of various kinds over the years. He knows the challenges you face as a small business owner and the tension you manage between running a profitable enterprise and serving the people for whom you went into your field of expertise in the first place.
Mark is a small business owner just like you. He applies the same accounting, business, and leadership knowledge to his own business as he will for you.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys his motorcycle, disc golf, time with his family (especially his grandchildren), serving in his church and The Boquillas Commission, and reading books aloud to his wife.
Cristina Talley, CPA, EA, CTC | Senior Tax and Accounting Advisory Partner
Cristina Talley is a US and Philippine Certified Public Accountant, Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, and a Certified Tax Coach with almost 10 years of US accounting and tax experience. Cristina is living in North Dakota and originally from the Philippines. Her love in accounting and taxes led her to the country and meeting her husband. Her passion is helping clients on their accounting and tax needs, not only helping the clients to be compliant but also helped them save on taxes.
When she is not at work, she and her husband love to go on a weekend hike, bird watching, and going on a road trip. Cristina’s motto in life is “A dream that you won’t fight for will haunt you for the rest of your life”.
