Mark Tuggle, PhD, EA | CEO
I am a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in the military, non-profit, and business sectors. An Enrolled Agent with a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, I have provided accounting and advisory services to dozens of small businesses over the years. I specialize in driving business value growth as a Value Builder Advisor and Accredited Value Guide.
I am a small business owner just like you. I apply the same accounting, business, and leadership knowledge to my own business as I will for you. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, volunteering, and reading with my wife.
Cristina Talley, CPA, EA, CTC | Senior Tax and Accounting Advisory Partner
Cristina Talley is a US and Philippine Certified Public Accountant, Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, and a Certified Tax Coach with almost 10 years of US accounting and tax experience. Cristina is living in North Dakota and originally from the Philippines. Her love in accounting and taxes led her to the country and meeting her husband. Her passion is helping clients on their accounting and tax needs, not only helping the clients to be compliant but also helped them save on taxes.
When she is not at work, she and her husband love to go on a weekend hike, bird watching, and going on a road trip. Cristina’s motto in life is “A dream that you won’t fight for will haunt you for the rest of your life”.
